Cloud Cuckoo Land is one of the newest areas at Alton Towers. It is a large children’s area that replaced Cred Street for the start of the 2009 season. Rides range from Charlie & The Chocolate Factory: The Ride, a tour of Willy Wonka’s chocolate factory, sure to amuse younger children and the Twirling Toadstool, a chairswing ride which is also the stand-out attraction of the area!
Cloud Cuckoo Land also features a theatre performing daily shows, a mini drop-tower ride, a carousel and a kids play area.
